The Role

Reporting to CEO and CSO, working closely with the product team, this position will be involved with establishing distribution channels, identifying and converting potential clients. You will also be responsible for managing the complete sales process from customer discovery to adoption of the product via different sources (cold calling, LinkedIn and marketing campaign etc), executing marketing/business development strategies for specific market segments and maintaining successful customer relationships. You will liaise between customers and cross functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our customer needs.This position is critical to ensure the continued growth and success of the organisation but also an opportunity to create genuine partnerships with future clients.

Ideal background:  

  • Demonstrated  3-5 years of experience in consumer/online/b2b marketing program execution
  • Previous experience in a similar role – Sales/Marketing/BDM etc
  • Experience in financial services is essential
  • Knowledge of current accounting systems such as Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks Online and so on.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset in building new businesses.
  • Proven experience achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in developing new sales strategies and plans.
  • Enjoy meeting people and broadening network of contacts.
  • Strong team player and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
