We deliver transformational experiences which prepare students, staff and alumni with skills for their future careers, and we quip our community with the knowledge, skills and support networks to create and lead new ventures.
We do this through a range of programs, inter-university collaborations, learning experiences, internship opportunities and community engagement.

Who we need to join our team
We are looking for an adaptive, curious, modern professional who can model the skills and characteristics that we foster in our community.
We are looking for an education product lead who is committed to designing and delivering amazing learning experiences. We are all about experiential, applied, and hands on learning, and so we need a student-centric educator who is experienced with the subject matter, cares about learning experiences, and is able to lead a group of students toward an outcome.
We are also looking for depth of skills and experience in one or more of the following:
- Innovation process (specifically Human-centred design or Systems thinking)
- Lean start-up and entrepreneurship
- Emerging tech – AI, Data Analytics, Blockchain etc.
And we’re not looking for one, but two new team members.
A day in the life of…
On any given day our new team members may be designing, facilitating and enhancing a range of educational offerings that foster and encourage enterprise, innovation and entrepreneurial skills. Multiple educational products may be juggled at once, ensuring a cohesive learning experience for participants and linkage to other products, with the intention of improving quality and customer/student satisfaction. The right person for the role will innovate from within, and drive best educational product development practice. You could be working with students in the morning, researchers at lunch and C suite executives in the afternoon, your ability to work across this sort of diversity will be something that drives you.
