Since then, we’ve expanded globally, transforming the health supply chain with drone logistics operations in 5 countries.

The situation and the role:
This role is all about communicating the Swoop Aero narrative and connecting us with partners who can help us achieve our goal of providing 100 million people with better access to healthcare by 2025.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer you will join a fast-paced and dynamic team. In this critical role you will directly support communications, lead generation, campaign management and PR to drive impact and business growth.
You are a doer, an all-round marketer and a master communicator able to ideate, develop and implement innovative and compelling media and growth campaigns. With the marketing and brand foundations in place, we are ready for a marketing expert to take our brand to new heights. Your core responsibilities include:
- Marketing Strategy:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement Swoop Aero’s marketing and communications strategy that aligns with our core brand values and increase favourable brand results
Manage and implement brand develop activities across all channels (paid, owned, earned)
Tracking, report and analyse the performance of marketing activities to adapt it and grasp opportunities as they arise .
Manage and build overall annual marketing calendar while devising and implementing brand and tactical campaigns to deliver lead generation. This will include developing compelling content for emails and managing the end-to-end delivery of creative assets required for website and digital marketing campaigns.
- Media, Social & PR:
Define, develop and deliver creative and effective media strategies to drive brand growth. This includes social media management, developing a pipeline of PR stories, writing media releases and successfully pitching these to the press.
- Content creation:
Establish and manage guidelines for all content produced to ensure consistency across all communication channels including brand key messaging, content and PR strategies
- Public relations experience with proven skills in media management
- 34 years in a similar fast paced role across digital and content marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing including, Email Marketing, Paid Search, Social and affiliate marketing
- Highly proficient in using email marketing platforms
- Exceptional writing skills with the confidence to write for different audiences and channels eg. collateral, press releases, blogs, social media
- Experience developing content for both online and traditional communications
You’re a hands-on marketer, your attention to detail will be second to none and you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities. You enjoy writing and delivering content which expresses a consistent and inspiring brand message and drives engagement across all platforms. You may come from either marketing team of a high growth start up or have a proven track record of delivering client results from within an agency. Most importantly, you are a fast-learner and excited to work in a highly varied position and own this area of the business.
