One Roof x RedZed Paving the Way
One Roof is disrupting old and traditional ways of doing things. As Australia’s leading coworking space for women-led business we are on a mission to be the driving force that puts Australia on the map as the number one destination in the world to be a female entrepreneur. This is a journey, and whilst big change like this doesn’t happen overnight, we’re on the right path and we wanted to shine a light on the industry leaders also paving the way. Like us, these entrepreneurs are doing things differently, shaking it up and championing change.
Join us for a panel discussion where our 3 panelists will share their story as trailblazers and how they are paving a new way in their industry, as entrepreneurs, leaders, parents, drivers of impact and disruptors. You can expect to hear inspiring stories, a very honest conversation and tools and tactics for success. At One Roof, we love to strip away the veneer and have the real conversations. This event will bring you inspiration to pave your own way. We know it takes a lot of courage, innovative and ambition to make this happen.
Vinomofo will be supplying a great selection of wine and there will be delicious nibbles provided.

Hannah Spilva, LVLY: Co-founder
Professional problem solver, risk taker and rule breaker. Having spent most of her career in the advertising industry Hannah is highly creative and known for bringing immense energy and enthusiasm to everything she does. Hannah is the Cofounder of LVLY. Born on opposite sides of the world, Hannah and her business partner Verity’s advertising careers collided when they took on senior roles at award-winning digital agency Isobar – Hannah wearing the hat of Strategy Director and Verity, Client Services Director. Fast forward to today and they find themselves as best friends and cofounders of LVLY.
“We wanted the challenge of building a brand from scratch, creating a company with a clear purpose, world class customer service and an inclusive, creative team culture”
LVLY is a gift delivery service conceived with one simple purpose – to make people’s day. They exist to make more people smile more often. They know that small gesters can make a big impact and with a strong focus on ‘just because’ gifting, they make sending a gift quick, simple and affordable. Founded in 2015, the company has quickly made its mark within the Australian gifting market. Despite the juggle of running a business with the demands of their young families, the dynamic duo quickly grew LVLY from a team of two to twelve generating an annual turnover of over $2M and recently opened a second office in Sydney as well as a distribution outlet in Brisbane. Over time the product range has expanded from one vertical (flowers) to a range of LVLY gifts including body care, candles, food and beverage, stationary and fashion accessories. The delivery coverage area has extended from same-day Melbourne to include same-day Sydney and Brisbane as well as next day national.
“Running a startup isn’t for the faint hearted or the self-entitled. In our case, we’re as comfortable helping the team pack boxes and sweep the floor as we are diving into the P&L and negotiating contracts. It’s true to say, Verity and I have worn every hat in this business so far – including being delivery drivers. It’s the only way to really know your business.”
