She successfully developed and launched Xero Small Business insights, the first case of data commercialisation for Xero outside of FinTech which was so successful it is now a global offering and her team was recognised for numerous awards including, ‘Most Satisfied Small Business customers’ as well as ‘Australian Best Practice’.
