ELEVATE Hardware Masterclass: Faster, cheaper, better – Managing trade-offs
Product development is a constant trade-off between quality cost and time. In the early stages, it’s about failing fast so the focus is on low-quality production at high speed. At the later stages, reputation and revenue risk require a focus on high quality at the cost of speed. Balancing quality, cost and speed is a difficult task.
By the end of the masterclass you will have a better understanding of:
How to balance of quality, cost and speed shifts at different stages of the product development cycle
How to reduce risk and cost by focusing on the right things at the right time
How to maximise outcomes from your product development effort
How to apply lean startup principles to hardware product development
How to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing time
There’ll also be opportunities to network with other hardware innovators over refreshments.
To be announced.
Who should attend?
