With over 20+ years of consulting to a wide variety of private enterprises and public organisations he has developed a broad ranging skill set in all areas of strategic planning, budgeting, operations management, systems re-engineering, communications, personnel management, finance and administration and property asset management. For the large portion of the past 20+ years, Peter has been extensively involved in assisting SME start-ups through training programs, workshops and mentoring both in regional Victoria and Melbourne. Our EIR provide a FREE one on one business mentoring session. Included in the sessions, businesses will receive personalised coaching focused on problem based solutions. 1-hour sessions will run between 8.30am - 4pm, so select a timeslot when booking your ticket.

Pre-Accelerator Program - Swinburne Innovation Precinct

The Swinburne Innovation Precinct pre-accelerator program is a hands-on, 2 day workshop that gives founders the practical skills they need to accelerate the transformation of their startup or idea. The program will be led by experienced industry leaders and cover topics including: Startup marketing Legal fundamentals How to pitch An introduction to fundraising. Networking opportunities and a delicious lunch will also be provided!

SPARK Accelerator Demo Day

We are thrilled to invite you to the SPARK Deakin 2018 Accelerator Demo Day! Our teams have been working hard to tackle challenges in industries from healthcare to the shared economy to cakes (yes, cakes!). They have taken major steps forward with their startups – testing, selling, listening, pivoting and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. At SPARK, we work to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs. We do this by supporting them with education, introducing them to the right people at the right time, providing guidance through mentorship and seed funding. Our Demo Day will see the teams pitch their start-ups. They will share their vision as well as their progress. It’s an evening to celebrate achievements and hard work. In Common Founder Education Course

Set up to succeed with In Common, a LaunchVic funded* founder education course run by specialists in development, design, product management & strategy from Common Code. Final cohort begins in March 2019. A six-workshop series that will help you learn the processes that successful startup teams use to build world-class products. Through workshops, startup mentoring and implementation, In Common will prepare you for managing your startup, as well as your development teams, by empowering you with the skills and knowledge to make truly informed decisions.
