Be part of Australia’s largest survey into cybersecurity for small businesses
Little is understood about the challenges faced by Australian small businesses when it comes to the digital security of their business. Much of the research conducted on business leader attitudes towards cyber risks has focused on large corporations and this has informed the creation of many cybersecurity solutions that are simply out-of-reach for most small business owners.
As Australia begins to emerge from a period of unprecedented number of cyber attacks against businesses during the the COVID-19 crisis, there has never been a more important time than now to understand the challenges founders face.
To help inform the creation of better support for small businesses, Austcyber (the Australian Government Cyber Security Growth Network), Deakin University, RMIT University and Cynch Security have embarked on what is aimed to be Australia’s biggest collaboration project to gather valuable data and research into this topic.
The first step is the survey which should take approx 20 minutes for a business owners to complete and is aimed towards businesses and startups with fewer than 50 staff in as many industries as possible.
You can then also decide if you would like to participate in further activities to improve your cybersecurity for free.
